Greetings, hi, hello.

Welcome to my site. This is where I showcase my work and write about this thing called life. Enjoy!

Weekend coffee #81.

It’s been a week, folks. It started Sunday morning and the theme carried through until Friday. Luckily, right now I’m somewhere in Brooklyn after seeing Robyn at Barclays Center last night. But before I skip back to the Shore, here’s some of what I managed to think about the last few days:

  • WATCH: Where Are All the Bob Ross’ Paintings? We Found Them. I actually started watching “The Joy of Painting” a few months back because there’s something super soothing about him. Might have to take a trip to go see the exhibit.

  • Also enjoyed perusing these vintage summer camp pictures. I always wanted to go to sleep away camp as a kid but my parents wouldn’t go for it (not sure why they didn’t want ship me off for weeks on end, ha).

  • Saw a friend got this amazing shirt earlier in the week and now I need one. Hoping it gets restocked soon. I want to make it one of the few exceptions to my otherwise all black wardrobe.

  • Been feeling the edges of the Internet lately but was happy to rediscover a blog I used to follow, Lottie + Doof. Now I’m feeling inspired to make these poached radishes and sweet potatoes with tahini butter.

  • On a personal note, my band just finished recording our album. We’re aiming to release it late August-early September, and will probably do a tape release show around the same time. Stay tuned.

Until next week - thanks for following along.
