Greetings, hi, hello.

Welcome to my site. This is where I showcase my work and write about this thing called life. Enjoy!

Asbury Bark.

Asbury Bark.

This little angel is probably one of the snooziest dogs I know. However, like most Shore folk, all she wants to do is get outdoors! One of the greatest things about living around Asbury Park is that it's a fairly dog-friendly area (though the town did shoot down a proposal for a dog park last year). There's a dog-friendly beach at Eighth Avenue, Yappy Hour at the Wonder Bar all summer long and lots of places to run around.

To stay in shape during the off-season, Ruby and I took up running recently. For the last two months or so we've been going outside, warm or cold, wet or dry, to get in some exercise. The little pup and I have been plodding away, racking up some miles and soaking up the fall sun. In that time we've managed to work our way up to running to the beach and back without walking.

I'm sure it's quite a sight given that she's usually barely trotting or breaking a sweat while I'm panting and trying to keep up!

Just this morning we clocked 3 miles before most people even wake up. And while I readied for work, Ruby took to curling up into a little pitball and going back to bed. It's a dog's world after all, isn't it?
