Greetings, hi, hello.

Welcome to my site. This is where I showcase my work and write about this thing called life. Enjoy!

Weekend coffee #135.

So last Friday, I ordered all of my soon-to-be-discontinued faves from Taco Bell and watched Eurovision on Netflix. It was raining. Yesterday it was raining too so I followed suit, making use of the little time left in the lifespan of the Spicy Potato Soft Taco but watching Black is King instead. While this certainly isn’t the most fun or exciting year in anyone’s life, it’s given me time to pause. There’s no fear of missing out or the pressure to be anywhere - just simple pleasures. Anyways, in keeping with simple, it’s a short list this week:

And finally, I implore you to read John Lewis’ final missive to the U.S.

“You must also study and learn the lessons of history because humanity has been involved in this soul-wrenching, existential struggle for a very long time. People on every continent have stood in your shoes, through decades and centuries before you. The truth does not change, and that is why the answers worked out long ago can help you find solutions to the challenges of our time. Continue to build union between movements stretching across the globe because we must put away our willingness to profit from the exploitation of others.”

Until next time - thanks for following along and be well.
