Weekend coffee #216.

Interesting weekend between the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day when you’re not particularly interested in either but end up participating in both. My Super Bowl plans include making this cheeseburger tater tot casserole to bring to a friend’s house, while Valentine’s Day always means nachos around here. We’re also doing a beer and chocolate pairing later today because, why not. Otherwise, here is a look at what’s happening:
