Weekend coffee #230 + 231.
Between what happened in Buffalo two weeks ago and what happened in Uvalde this week, I’m not sure what there is to say anymore. I can’t pretend these incidents didn’t happen while continuing on my merry way in a country that seems to be tearing itself apart. Monday to Friday, I take calls and draft content and get work done. Saturday and Sunday, I try and find joy outside the routine. I can’t say the same for all of the people whose lives were taken recently. They don’t get to - many never did - and that’s outrageous. It’s infuriating to sit here and read the statistics and watch the inaction unfold. With that said, I will make the case for gun reform and link to Resistbot and Everytown. Something is better than nothing.
