Greetings, hi, hello.

Welcome to my site. This is where I showcase my work and write about this thing called life. Enjoy!

Weekend coffee #63.

Weekend coffee #63.

Sliding into the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. If you know anything about the Jersey Shore (real, not reality TV), you know that St. Patrick’s Day is a surprisingly big deal around here. At some point, the stretch just south of me (Avon to Spring Lake) was called the “Irish Riviera.” As a result, we have St. Patrick’s Day parades like every weekend for the entire month of March. I’m mostly looking for green in the form of spring at this point. We’re so close, never mind the snow in the forecast. Anyway, this weekend I’m celebrating three years at my gym and hanging out with my college roommates. Nothing to see here except normal adult stuff like sleepovers. Here’s the other stuff I’m thinking about:

  • Holy moly, this house. That location, that history and all that wood. It’s not even my style or anywhere near my price range and yet I’m ready to go.

  • Female friendship fascinates me, particularly as technology evolves and we inevitably grow older. When I get a minute, I want to re-read the Neapolitan Novels.

  • This whole college admission scandal is nuts - and sadly, not the least bit surprising. Glad my mediocre high school career put me right where I belonged - state school.

  • Well, that was a hell of a way to announce his campaign. It’s a long read but a good way to learn more about Beto, especially if you’re interested in the punk vs. poser debate.

  • Despite my commitment to mostly black clothes, I’m eyeing up this dress for an upcoming wedding. Not sure I’ll actually hit “purchase” but maybe, just maybe.

Until next week - thanks for following along.
