Greetings. I’ve made it back from Flour City. We checked all the boxes: ate Abbott’s, drank Genesse, devoured garbage plates at Nick Tahou’s, saw family, and stopped at Bingham’s for pie coming and going. Home for a new month, which is surprisingly … busy? And June is already … booked? What is this strange feeling? Hope? I can’t be sure. Otherwise, here’s what’s going on:
