Weekend coffee #234.
Summer Kate is in full effect, which means I’m running around basically every day versus sitting on my couch binging the same five shows I’ve watched hundred times. Call it a comeback, call it seasonal depression, whatever. In any event, this week included a family party, followed in quick succession by our local Pulse memorial and full moon show for abortion rights, all on Sunday. Phoebe Bridgers at the Stone Pony Summer Stage on Monday a.k.a. a trip back in time to the year 1999. Hot tubbing, oceanfront cocktails, band practice, more shows, and here we are in the quiet of Saturday morning. Summering hard it seems. Somehow not exhausted…yet. Here’s what else is happening:
MIT researchers propose using Space Bubble shield to reflect the sun
Microsoft to shut down Internet Explorer on June 15 after 27 years, netizens get nostalgic
Currently watching: Russian Doll, season two.
Currently reading: This Time Tomorrow by Emma Straub.
That’s all for now. Until next time - thanks for following along and go do something.
