Weekend coffee #243.
While I love summer intensely, I’m starting to embrace the shift in mindset as we approach September. Back to school doesn’t mean much in my world at this point, but it’s an inescapable vibe. It’s the little things like I linger a little longer every time I go outside, started to turn the oven on again, and went in search of clothes for an upcoming work trip. I haven’t entirely given up my commitment to the season, we still have another solid month before we move into fall. I’m just going with the flow instead of fighting it. In other news, here’s a look at what’s happening:
What Comes After Ambition? The final quote from Atoosa Rubenstein killed me.
After 35 years missing, an Air Force captain mysteriously reappeared in the Bay Area.
Mr. Burns, A Post-Electric Play. Going to this in a few weeks.
Currently reading: Vanderbilt: The Rise and Fall of an American Dynasty Hardcover by Anderson Cooper.
Currently watching: Been in a movie mood.
That’s all for now. Until next time - thanks for following along and just let it happen.
